Individual Therapy

Please contact me via email ( or complete the webform below and we can arrange to have a brief free telephone conversation for me to hear a little about what you are experiencing and I can tell you more about the therapy I offer. We can then schedule the initial session. It is usually helpful to have therapy on a weekly basis on the same day and time until you are ready to come to an end. However, if you require a more flexible therapy slot please let me know and I can try to accommodate this. I am able to see you on a self funded basis or under private insurance cover if you have this. I can offer in-person sessions in St Albans/Hertfordshire and also on an online basis i.e. via video link.

To arrange a free brief telephone consultation to discuss your needs and how I can support

you, please email me at or complete the webform below.
